Animal Capture and Removal.
Exclusion
​First we will identify the animal that we are targeting. This is very important as some species of animals such as the flying squirrel will be sure to have some of their closest friends & family with them. We do this by using several methods, the main one being the customers firsthand accounts of sightings and sounds, the reading of animal sign and the installation of remote cell cameras.
Once we have verified the identity of the target animal, we will decide together on the best course of action to resolve the conflicts and issues on a permanent and long time basis.
After we are confident that we have removed all the targeted animals we will then make a survey of your structure and property and animal-proof the area by exclusion. We offer a 1-year warranty on all exclusion jobs. If the nuisance animals return within a 1-year period after an exclusion job is performed we will remove those animals and perform the exclusion once again. Exclusion is important, especially for animals that have made their way into a dwelling or structure. All possible points of ingress and egress should be identified and closed off, not just the ones being actively used. If these are not closed off a new animal will replace the old. We can also perform damage repairs, clean up, decontamination, dead animal removal and property services. We will work with both residential property owners as well as commercial property owners and managers.
